Thick cable knit cardigans with a slinky cotton dress makes me think casual traveler. Free People is known for this look, mixing different season pieces and layering them to make a boho miss-matched master piece. Pair this with a pair of combat boots such as these-
and your golden.
This is a perfect look for spring, everything about this just embodies the season. From the fresh smell of Chanel Number 5, Flower studs, and vintage shaped, tortoise shell Prada glasses. This reminds me of a 60’s house wife, but with a modern twist.
Just bought this book, I can honestly say it’s my most prized possession. So helpful with answering all my questions about the fashion industry and how to get started in it. Definitely recommend it for someone with a genuine interest.
I have an obsession with two things in fashion. Soft colors and studs. Blushes, creams, topes, nudes are so elegant. A blush dress with light silver sparkle makes me wish I could go to fancy events every night, they just make you feel so classy and pretty. Studs on the other hand give off a completely different vibe. The “Biker-rocker” look fascinates me, I admire the people who pull it off, almost effortlessly. Studs just make me think of the whole under ground, back to the late 80’s, New York scene. Not just anyone can pull of heavy hard wear, and chunky biker boots, you have to have the personality for it. Same goes for nude colors, its all about personality.
Gold and green have got to be my favorite pair. Lots of gold necklaces draped over a pretty, soft green blouse, no matter what color, looks fantastic.
My first post on my first blog devoted to strictly to fashion. Whether it be High end or street style, I cover it all! Inspired by vogue and the back streets of New York, from 20’s glam, 90’s grunge, 80’s electric, You name it I blog it. I wanted my first post to say a little about my personal style, I am not saying you will find me on the street wearing this ensemble but the mixture of textures and styles are what I am all about. I love girly, bright pieces paired with boyish fits, mute colors, and soft textures. This has to be a favorite of mine.
